A very disappointed customer shares her review on productreview.com.au, "The quality of UGG footwear is atrocious. Also very poor customer service with an exchange of a faulty item still underway after 2 months and no contact from UGG. Have been ignored plenty of times via email and their phone number is disconnected. Clearly a poorly run business selling poor quality goods with no focus on the customer."

"The North American Market does not get alot of attention,which leads to the lack of its success. There is little support to the management team to better our store and drive business and for a well known brand, that is absolutely disgusting. The store itself is absolutely a joke. Customers constantly ask for fitting rooms afterall, apparel is sold but of course, there is no fitting room. The stockroom is crowded every single day and creates a safety hazard for team members but of course, no one cares. Also the secondary stock room is in the basement of the mall and is also always crowded, reams of dangerous fumes and is always hot. This company doesn't care for their top talent and instead, hires people for management positions that don't care about the brand, can't communicate with staff and are very condescending. There is NO room for growth at all and pretty much, it's a job to have while in school. After that, save yourself the time of investing in this brand."

"THIS SHOULD BE A ZERO... disgrace customer service - i had a pair of pink slippers bought in paris as a gift from my daughter , i was really pleased put them straight on , and took them home, the box was thrown away and my daughter thought she didnt need receipt no more as they fit, and i was pleased , how ever two weeks later the material split and fur poked through, as they were bought from reputable company i contacted customer care, what a waste of time,,, selling faulty goods- wont replace as no reciept, they were a gift.. and now reading everyones comments it all seems the same , VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE i will never buy of this company apparently it is a trade name ugg NOT ugg australia original .. how they can use the name ugg and sell in shops i dont know ... and selling at the prices they charge .. but when you get a problem with faulty goods they say we cant assist you... SHAME on this company TAKING PEOPLES MONEY"

Ugg cancelled my order from early November on December 17th and have no intention of doing anything about it. After talking to Audra for 35 minutes she sent me to the supervisor Alysia who had me on the phone for another 45 minutes and after one hour/fifteen minutes I was informed that I could get a 10% off coupon for my troubles. I then asked if they would be getting those to me in time for Christmas to which 2 customer service reps. told me emphatically NO! That was after I waited on line for an additional 40 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's even worse, these two fools thought it was alright for me or anyone else to go out shopping in a pandemic? Clearly not the smartest folks!

SO BOTTOM LINE UGG OVERSELLS AN ITEM AND IT IS THE CONSUMERS PROBLEM - NOT THEIRS....
I CURRENTLY HAVE OVER $600 WORTH OF UGG ITEMS TO GIVE FOR GIFTS - THEY ARE ALL GOING BACK! CORPORATIONS, MULT-BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATIONS LIKE UGG NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PATRONIZING THEM...I AM DONE!"

"would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible setup. Ordered slippers middle of Nov. for a Christmas Present. Order went through and then was notified a week later that they were out of inventory. Ordered a different color and now 2 weeks later still not shipped and wasn't informed. Excuses about shipping issues and COVID. While, i'm sorry, but the fact that you couldn't figure this out in the last 8 monts with COVID going on is a ridiculous excuse. You guys suck. They are a complete disappointment and do not support their customers in any way .
Their customer service is insufficient and horrible. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my order to be shipped and have reached out x2 to be told that they have sent this “PROBLEM” to their lead who will make a decision and look into it contact me via EMAIL. Not even a call via EMAIL . They then asked once they look into it which I prefer a “REFUND” or them to “ RESHIP” but will not provide me with expedited shipping for a reship for something they were in the wrong for ! They customer service representative did not apologize for the inconvenience and acted as it wasn’t her problem .
My order has not left their warehouse and they do not know why or where is it !"

"I called Customer Service on Nov 21 about not receiving ordered toddler boots. Ugg was supposed to send the boots, but to date Nothing. I called today and was offered a refund-they’re doing their best they can I was told also. I’m so disappointed. My refund is to be provided in 1-5 business days. Stay tuned. I can’t understand how a well-known company can repeat customer service this way. Of course, COVID was mentioned S rationale, but COVID didn’t make the mistake of no follow-up after Nov 21. "I placed an order during UGGs Black Friday sale that started before Black Friday. The pair of boots I got were half off. I placed the order 11/26 and it was a full week later AFTER the sale was over that I got an email my order was cancelled. I reached out to customer service and was told all they could do was a 10% off coupon. They refused to do a price match or substitute. The sale was shady and I would not trust shopping with this company!!"

"The worst company to deal with. My button on my boots fell off and waited several weeks to finally get though to someone to only get denied on my warranty claim. I had to call 5 times because someone on there end cancelled my warranty claim. I provided all information and was only a few days past the 1 year. Most companies have a leeway but this company doesn’t. Not to mention that 3 out of 5 representatives told me that this is a common issue. Don’t buy Ugg’s"

I write ti UGG, that replies but mixing up, what had been shipped, and what Needs to be returned, that results in a wrong return order.

"Placed an order which I tried to cancel approx 18 hrs later. I was told it had not shipped yet but they couldn’t cancel the order now. I was directed to a website to start the return process but am told that I can’t do that either BECAUSE IT HASN’T SHIPPED YET! Why pay for shipping twice when it hasn’t even left the business. Ridiculous. Customer service is pathetic and not willing to assist me in any way. I now have to wait until I actually receive the boots before I can start the return process and then am told it’ll be another 2-3 weeks before I get the cost reimbursed back to my credit card. First time buying from Ugg’s. It’s also my last!!"

"I wish I could give this company zero stars. For starters an order for boots, that was placed on October 3rd was never shipped. Upon waiting an entire month with no updates, I reached out and was at first ignored due to high call volume. I was then told several times over the course of November that I would be receiving my refund. Instead, UGG just removed the existing transaction from my account as if it was pending. They already took the money as I am now out $150.00 with no proof on my bank statement. Fraudulent and disgusting behavior. Terrible customer service, never the same person helping you so everyone says different things. DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Better off purchasing at a mall or other retailer."

"THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! I got my shoes 2 pairs of Ugg’s in the beginning of November after ordering them in October then got charged December 1st for my 1 pair of shoes they told me my shoes got slipped through the cracks and was sent to me for free. They took my money blamed everything that happen on me and said I can send the shoes back in order to get my money back. Complete joke. Forget Ugg. Never again ! They’re the worse."
